These are our highest-quality bodhrans, made in Pennsylvania with the finest workmanship and materials.

The skins on these bodhrans may be mottled, as they are real animal skin.

BB1. Tacked 18" diameter, standard 3 1/2" natural maple rim, goatskin head. This bodhran is similar to the BB2, but with an upgraded quality of body and head; it is distinguished by a black line around the bottom rim edge. $185

BB2. Tacked 18" diameter bodhran, natural oak, deep rim   
(4 3/4"), goatskin head. $219.  Available by order.

Tunable Buck Bodhrans

These are the ultimate bodhrans, top of the line. The picture does not do justice to their very high quality. Top grade goatskin, durable wood finish, inside tunable mechanism with eleven cams to adjust the head tension up or down. The walnut cross bars are adjustable to three different heights, or are removable altogether; they are also offset to give the player the ability to play an octave with ease. Mother-of-pearl locating dot.

BB5A. 18" diameter bodhran, figured oak, standard 3 1/2" rim, goatskin head.   The small black object attached to the cross bar is the tuning wrench. $475.

BB5B. 18 diameter bodhran, figured oak, deep 4 3/4" rim. Like the one shown in the photo above, but deeper rim. $520
